Election Party On Mars Where The Wild Things Are And More Things To Do In Chicago This Week

       Tue 11/8: Someoddpilot (1539 N. Damen) hosts Election Party on Mars, a fitting way to end this campaign season of extraterrestrial madness. The intergalactic-themed dance party features drinks, snacks, survival kits, and a champagne toast when the results are announced. 6-11 PM

11/10-2/20: The Museum of Science and Industry (5700 S. Lake Shore) unveils “Where the Wild Things Are: The Works of Maurice Sendak,” featuring 50 original works of art by the beloved artist and author. The exhibit also features words from former presidents, illustrators, friends, and celebrities on how each was impacted by Sendak’s art and storytelling.
